One major issue coming up for me this year is vacation planning.
Technically, I have 42 paid vacation days this year (since I couldn't take any last year because of my trial period). After this week there will be 37 days left. And in addition to that, any overtime over my regular 39 hour work week will be compensated by additional free days, and overtime is a frequent occurrence.
