Why do people work at a job they hate??
I just started a part-time job. There is this one person that constantly complains the whole time they're there. They say that management is "out to get" them. If they hate the job that much, then quit. And, as for management being out to get them, from my point of view, they should have been fired a while ago. They disobey direct instructions from their supervisor. They act as though the rules do not apply to them.
